We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ‘super generalist’ P&C business partner, from a P&C, Talent acquisition, or Public Relations background.  You will be excited by the opportunity to lead a newly redesigned People  & Culture team who will be delivering contemporary talent acquisition, advice and commercial people solutions to a dynamic and progressive growing agency across AUNZ.       The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a stand-alone role or similar P&C or TA role,  a PR background would be hugely favorable along with experience in implementing a new HRIS system.

The Role

  • Work with the Snr P&C Consultant to develop the aligned people strategy 
  • Operational delivery of contemporary people strategy by;
    • Lead the Talent Acquisition across ANZ supported by a TA Coordinator
    • Champion feedback on cultural initiatives and actions
    • Lead and champion the Performance management activities and cycle
    • Implement the L&D programs, both technical and leadership programs
    • Key role in change management
    • Partnering with the Executive and management team members to coach and drive people plans
    • Retention plans and actions for our Talented people
    • Develop policy to innovate our people approaches
  • Extracting data and people analytics to drive decision-making
  • Lead a small but mighty team to support the delivery of the business strategy

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications 
  • 5+ years HR/TA or agency experience 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to build positive working relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
