About the company: Chandler Macleod is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our client’s office of leading medical experts, providing specialist advice locally, regionally and nationally, on a range of issues. This opportunity will be located in an inner-city location and operate on a permanent full-time basis. You will report to the Managing Director, in a corporate, close-knit environment where you will become an integral member of the team. About the role: Providing the highest level of customer service both on the phone and in face-to-face interactionsAnswering phones and emails and directing appropriatelyBe the face of the company and welcome visitorsRetrieve medicolegal paperwork from clients in time for appointments, while considering regional locations and possible reading time for specialistsReporting stock levels of stationery and equipment to Client Services CoordinatorConfirm patient attendance and notify Managing Director of any issues the day before the appointmentEnsure all consulting suites are set up correctly, and kept clean after every appointment, with towels and bedding kept replenishedOrganise and tidy office and front desk, as well as ensuring dishwashing is doneWork collaboratively with other team members to contribute to the smooth and successful running of the business About you: Administration experience is essential, and desirably in the legal or medial industryIntermediate to advanced Microsoft office skillsProven high level of customer service and communication skillsProactive, friendly, courteous, and professional demeanourAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh standard of personal presentationAbility to grasp new programs Benefits: Immediate startInner City locationFull time hours, Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm, with ability to finish earlier when all work is completed for appointments the next dayClose-knit office culture To be considered please APPLY NOW or contact Claudia Alzamora for a confidential discussion about the role on 07 3003 7736
