Chandler Macleod are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Warehouse Operators to fill several PERMANENT Storeperson roles for our client based in Reservoir (Northern Suburbs). Our client is a leading and successful food manufacturing company, handling the production, packing, and distribution of many products including antipasto items, pizza and pasta just to name a few. Key Responsibilities:Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments with utmost accuracy.Organizing and storing products in designated areas.Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner.Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies as needed.Coordinating with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions efficiently.Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment with proficiency.Key Requirements:Current Forklift Licence essentialPrevious Experience working in a warehouse.Understanding of warehouse operationsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Happy to work in both ambient and cold storage environmentKey Rewards:Job Security & Stability Monday- Frday work Paid leave for public holidays, sick leave and annual leavePaid Overtime We are currently sourcing for afternoon shift (10am - 6pm).
