We are currently seeking process workers to join Baiada’s merry team in their live bay at their Beresfield processing facility, which is designed to meet the highest standards of food safety and quality, whilst also ensuring the welfare of their chickens and turkeys. The successful candidates will be responsible for hanging live birds on the processing line and performing evisceration duties in a safe and efficient manner. About the Role:Hanging live birds on the processing line for start of productionPerforming evisceration duties, including removing internal organs of the birdsInspecting birds for defects or abnormalities and removing any birds that do not meet quality standardsMaintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene and safety standardsSkills & Experience:We value reliability and punctuality above all else.
