ICHI Izakaya is looking for an experienced Chef, the role will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Working in a fast-paced, bustling venue with a strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional food and beverage
- Working with an experienced chef team in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate would have a real passion for producing quality food, have exceptional knife skills, a passion and experience with seafood, in Japanese food culture. Must have experience in a Japanese restaurant on both hot and cold sections.
Required skills: Formal cookery qualifications or 3 years of relevant experience. A strong preference for candidates with experience in Japanese cuisine.
