Job description
Be able to work in a team environment and take instructions on completing the required tasks.
Work in a workshop environment learning the skills to complete all tasks to be confident to repair & service caravans, motor homes, fifth wheelers and horse floats.
Be under supervision for servicing the underbody of caravans and trailers.
Understand the complexities of the constructions of RV's of all types and makes, including cladding (sheet metal), composite panels, timber work and fibreglass materials.
Be able to keep the workshop clean as you go and maintain your own tools.
Abide by all WH&S procedures and policies

Ability to think outside the box, have practical and mechanical thinking.
Have an interest in the RV industry and the complexities it brings.
Have an amazing attitude to learning and engaging with others.
Be determined to invest in your own learning and education.
Do not be afraid to pick up a broom and clean.
