Ken Muston Automotive is a multi-franchise automotive dealership in the heart of the Goulburn Valley with over 45 years in the industry. We are seeking Automotive Technicians to join our state-of-the-art workshop.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Carry out repairs and maintenance as per the repair order and Dealership requirements.
• Reports directly to the workshop foreman.
• Plan each job for maximum efficiency and quote parts (where necessary) from Spare Parts immediately.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of all Dealership products, processes and services.
• Follow correct procedure for warranty repairs and ensure all warranty parts are tagged with the correct information and placed in warranty storage.
• Correctly complete all works as per standard repair times.
• Legibly complete all paperwork correctly, with correct clock times, details regarding all work and parts required.
• Maintain a complete and up-to-date tool kit.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Participate in franchise and in-house training as required.
• Attend training and other trade courses to keep up-to-date with current product technical information.
The successful candidates will possess:
• Qualified Technician Certificate
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Sound mechanical aptitude with advanced problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A positive and mature attitude
• Team orientated, able to undertake tasks and work unsupervised
• Prestige brand experience would be an advantage however not essential.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
