If you love working across a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces – especially in a nature-filled poolside environment, this could be the job for you. In this role you’ll be keeping lobbies and public facilities in a clean and neat condition.

Your tasks include: window cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, polishing furniture, pressure cleaning paths, driveways and outdoor furniture.

The role is 5 days a week, the hours that you will be required to work are between 5am and 10pm, on a rotating roster across 7 days. The shifts are 5am - 1pm, 8am - 4pm and 2pm - 10pm.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, great organisational and time management skills, as this role requires you to work to a detailed job list and calendar to ensure that nothing is missed or overlooked. You will enjoy working both indoors and outdoors and pride yourself on your ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.


  • Previous public area cleaning experience in a luxury 5 star hotel/resort environment
  • The ability and confidence to work unsupervised
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge and understanding of chemical handling
  • Ability to communicate with guests and staff in a helpful and respectful manner
  • Experience with driving resort buggies and a current NSW drivers licence
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
