Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for an Administration Officer for our construction company client based in the Ipswich region.
Our client specialises in commercial construction, with elements of maintenance and residential works, with clients ranging from government entities to private companies. We require an Administration Officer to join their team.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Entering invoices, data, and day-to-day use of Project Management Software including Procore and MYOB.
Monitoring emails and phones.
Assisting project and contract managers.
Filing.
General office tasks as required.
Ability to learn payroll is not already experienced.

To be considered for this position, you must possess a degree of experience and be able to carry out the above tasks.
It is desirable that the successful candidate be seeking a long-term role, with a permanent position to be offered after a probationary period with Recruitment 24/7.
