The role is located in Townsville and will require a hardworking, disciplined applicant who has the ability to work in torrid conditions at times. The scope of work will involve new domestic and commercial projects. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring tradesman. The apprenticeship will involve: Residential Construction Setting out Construct wall and ceiling frames Construct pitched roofs and eaves Install bulkheads, windows and doors Concreting Working at Heights Using hand tools and power tools Requirements: Must have manual drivers’ licence and reliable transport Construction Safety White Card (or willing to obtain) Certificate I or II in construction is an advantage (not necessary) Understand the importance of workplace health and safety Ability to pass Pre-employment Medical & D&A test About You: Enjoy hands on work and problem solving Have high attention to detail Ability to follow directions Be reliable, motivated Who are we ?
