We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity.

This role will see you support & collaborate with the business and various stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment services. Your influencing skills will see you engage with hiring managers, you will provide a robust integrated service from job brief to candidate placement.

Working with and reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in the UK this role will work in a team comprising of team members in Melbourne and India.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work across different geographies.
  • Background in agency or internal recruitment in IT and corporate roles.
  • Strong influencing skills with good business acumen to drive best outcomes for the organisation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with experience in recruitment across multiple streams and various complexity levels.
  • Expertise with proactively sourcing for niche/hard to fill roles utilising various sourcing tools.
  • Experience in training/coaching team members as this role will have either one or two direct reports.
