Educ Early Childhood Education is looking for two candidates who is a passionate Early Childhood Teacher or working towards to complete the degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma qualified. We are a boutique sized long day care centre, caring for the needs of up to 28 children. We are located in a beautiful suburb, Ardross which is near vibrant supermarket, restaurants and cafes. You will also enjoy easy access with ample car parking and proximity to public transport.

You will play a key role in driving the educational program and our practices, mentoring like-minded educators, and ensuring the highest standards of communication and engagement among the team, with our families and our wider community.

Hourly rate negotiable, dependent upon experience and qualifications
4 days of work schedule with an option to choose full time or part time hours

What you will need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or 50% completed or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification (any).
Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Working with Children Check and Police clearance (3 months old)
Ideally have experience working in a centre-based Australian early childhood service. Graduate teachers are also welcome to apply.
Hold a current and valid, or willingness to obtain: First Aid, CPR Certificate, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management certificates (desirable)
Bright, friendly, energetic & a team player
As part of your role, you will also work alongside service leaders, experienced educators, and trainees to collaborate and each other toward achieving shared goals, quality improvement and maintaining high standards or education and care according to ACECQA. You will also work closely with the leadership team to achieve personal and professional goals.
