The 3PCM Business Improvement and Support Team (the Team) provides first level support for all business users of the 3PCM Solution. The Teamwork in partnership with the Managed Services provider on the following services for 3PCM: Access Management; Change Management; data management, Incident Management, Requirement for Change, and Interface Management. Some of your responsibilities will include: Manage 3PCM information system projects in accordance with established departmental and project management frameworks, methodologies, and policies. Assess and recommend business process improvements and support for 3PCM and their implementation including coordination with business areas on 3PCM system-related changes. Conduct high level analysis, advice and feedback to project sponsors, project stakeholders and relevant departmental business representatives. To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Extensive experience using 3PCM (or similar), Microsoft Excel and Power Bi. Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience using 3PCM (or similar) with the proven ability to collaborate and engage various business areas in TMR in relation to incident management and requests for change. Strong ability to embrace change within an ICT environment with the technical ability to understand and manage systems using the Agile Methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide advice regarding the system, system definition, development and implementation activities and the development of business processes.
