- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously throughout the guest journey
- Being the guests key contact throughout their stay - you will conduct check-in, check-out, luggage assistance, phone assistance and provide tourism information
- Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
