Commencing in the New Year, training will be provided onsite with the outgoing managers and also at our Coolangatta Support Office.

Together, you will have strong leadership and a customer-centric and hands-on approach. We welcome a couple with fresh eyes and ideas, energy and enthusiasm. A willingness to learn and drive a guest focused park, to make a difference, will be key to your success. As Park Manager’s you are required to live on site - accommodation and utilities are provided for as part of your total remuneration package. Onsite accommodation is available as this is a live onsite position. 

This is an exciting and rewarding offering and is a lifestyle choice for the right couple. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate a profitable and sustainable business. Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN.  In addition, management teams will need to demonstrate financial capacity to purchase plant and equipment (if you do not already have this).  Management teams can expect to earn base income, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commercial ventures you may choose to operate onsite. In addition, teams are to be further rewarded for their part in growing the parks income and increasing the parks overall profitability. These incentives are uncapped!!! You will also be rewarded with further incentives for customer service excellence. 

Our Park Managers are hands on:

  • Engaging and managing employees
  • Ensuring top class, guest experience is your priority
  • Managing all areas of park operations
  • A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
  • Managing financials (budgets & planning) with a refined sense of commercial acumen
  • Leading by example ensuring efficient management practices are employed, maintaining compliance with safety, statutory and brand standards

How do you measure up?
A successful management team will consider themselves confident, 'all-rounders' and have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort environment. This varied role will see you, build and maintain successful relationships with employees, guests and key stakeholders.

  • Current valid Drivers Licence - essential
  • Current First Aid and CPR - essential
  • Current WWCC – essential

We offer competitive contract terms and ongoing support from our Operations staff who will induct you to our company and methodologies. We also provide continued support and guidance for our managers in such areas as marketing, finance, IT, caravan park legislation and workplace health and safety.
