What you will be doing:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the operations undertaken by the kitchen stewards to deliver an organised, clean and efficient kitchen which is maintained at all times.
- Performing and overseeing the stewarding program to execute cleaning duties within the kitchen, fridges, food preparation and BOH areas.
- Overseeing the stewarding team in washing procedures and proper food handling procedures.
