The role: We are seeking experienced Laborers to join the Winslow Team on projects throughout Queensland, most notably in locations such as Gold Coast, Ipswich and Caboolture. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in Civil Construction and labouring, Be physically fit, Can pass a drug and alcohol test, Have a Construction Industry Card (White Card), Travel is required, MUST be willing to travel to and from projects, Immediate start! You must also have a high attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment. Your ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment, display a positive & self-motivated attitude and be able to demonstrate sound problem solving skills will have you well suited to this rewarding and exciting position. Duties will include but are not limited to: Digging, working in and around small trenches and pits, Assisting with the install of stormwater and other minor utilities, Running stringlines, Checking and correcting levels, Assist with marking out, Assisting the operators of excavators, rollers, dozers, etc, Moving material, spoil, rubbish, and other items throughout the site.
