As our Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact and security for all visitors to the NEXTDC facilities. Championing the NEXTDC values, you will play a pivotal role in our world class customer experience.
- Greet all visitors to NEXTDC in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Facilitate entry to, and exit of, the data centre in accordance with NEXTDC’s security policies and procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor NEXTDC facility systems
- Provide accurate security incident reports
- General receptionist, administrative and customer service support duties
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Answer the overflow of calls to our Customer Support telephone line
Hours: This opportunity is a casual position covering leave and ad-hoc hours ranging through Days, Nights and Weekend shifts
