This historic region is known for its rich heritage in the exploration, discovery and production of gold. We currently have an opening for Auto Electricians. These residential positions will be permanent full-time engagements. Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will: Comply with all health, safety and environmental requirements Perform routine maintenance on a range of heavy diesel equipment and light vehicles Maintain and repair auto electrical, air conditioning and control systems on both heavy and light fleet Diagnose and repair breakdowns (includes underground) Maintain workshop and tools/equipment to the standards required Be a leader in health, safety, and environmental management Complete required documentation, both written and using IT systems Be paid as per the Enterprise Agreement Working a 5/2 Roster Desired Skills and Experience Skills and experience required: Mining maintenance experience (including underground), preferred but not essential Auto electrical trade qualified Refrigerant Handling License, preferred Proven ability to work as part of a dynamic team and as an individual A strong commitment to workplace safety Have good computer literacy This residential role offers you excellent work life balance combined with a competitive hourly rate and real career growth prospects.
