Head chef - Full time, job requirements are:
Able to work weekends, public holidays and week days. Responsible for rosters, hiring of staff and budgeting, full menu planning and costing, stock management, stock rotation and stock levels. Ordering, checking off of all orders of products needed for the kitchen, including cleaning products, kids entertainment packs and equipment for kitchen.
We focus on high quality food, all sauces are made in house, you will need butchery skills and have a vast repertoire of daily specials recipes as this is a major focus of our food.
