Maintenance Officer-Fitter [ Hillston,NSW]

They pride themselves on their vision, values and quality while believing their staff make the difference.Having undergone a significate restructure of its business in New South Wales, an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join it's newly expanded and renovated packing operations. As a Maintenance Officer- Fitter you will be part of an experienced Maintenance team, performing repairs and preventative maintenance to packaging lines to ensure the efficient running of production. You will also perform tasks relating to continuous improvement projects.To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:Relevant industry tertiary qualificationsAbility to troubleshoot, and prioritise workloadProven experience in reactive and preventative maintenanceSound experience in fault finding and fast breakdown responseFabrication skills (MIG, TIG, STICK)Familiar with recording data on MEX or equivalent computer aided programsAbility to work flexible hoursUnderstanding of lean principleHighly regarded but not essential:Hydraulics/Pneumatic qualifications will be highly regardedRestricted electrical disconnect/reconnect licence Working at heights licenceExperience in a fresh food produce environment or similarTo become part of the team you will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate on all levels and work well within a team.This is a full time position with a basic salary of between $60,000-$80,000 per annum superannuation.Possibility of sponsorship for the right candidate.If you meet the above criteria and you are interested in contributing to an organization that values the highest level of quality, we want to hear from you.Please Note only successful candidates will be contacted to arrange an interview.
