Corporate Receptionist Sydney CBD 2000 Permanent Role - Full Time (Monday - Friday) Salary $70,000 + Super In-office role Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious organisation operating within the legal industry who are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be the face of their organisation - from meeting & greeting members and visitors, to answering queries & concerns over the phone - you'll be the first point of contact. Therefore, it's imperative that this person has exceptional communication skills and is impeccably professionally presented due to the nature of the clientele. Key Responsibilities:

Calls answered promptly and referred to the appropriate department, with messages containing accurate information to be circulated promptly.
Professional reception service in welcoming visitors.
Oversee the email inbox - directing emails to the appropriate individual or department.
Support with general administration tasks such as:

Processing licensing requirements
Deal with enquiries in relation to CPD activities
Advise on queries relating to services and events
Mailouts
Collation of materials
Data entry


Maintaining reception and the waiting areas in an orderly manner

Essential Competencies:

Prior experience in a highly professional/corporate environment - e.g. financial institutions, professional services, legal industry.
Proven administrative and organisational skills, including ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent computer skills, including highly developed word processing skills and ability to use all Microsoft Office programs.
Proven experience answering telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated ability, commitment, and attitude to the provision of high-level customer service
