Benefits What we can offer you A respected organisation with stability and security Support and guidance from experienced managers – on the job learning A positive and rewarding team culture Great work is recognised and rewarded Task & Responsibilities About the role: Erect, Dismantle, Tie and climb Tower crane as directed Ensure all work performed complies with engineering and OEM requirements Install, Tie, Climb and Dismantle Hoists and associated equipment as directed Demonstrate good knowledge of all areas of Hoists and associated equipment Read and decipher required information from basic engineering drawings Understand tool box and SWMS documents Site reports, Hand Over Certs filled out correctly and signed Ensure highest level of workmanship at all times Work safely with others in a team environment Work safely and confidently at heights for long periods of time Qualification & Experience About you: Basic or greater level of rigging certificate with at least 2 years’ Experience Working at heights qualifications Rescue at Heights qualifications First Aid qualifications Current driver’s license Self-motivated Ability to work unsupervised Clear written and verbal communication – fluent in English Attention to detail – ensures work is error free Available to travel to various locations within Australia when requested Demonstrates safe work practices Stable performer under pressure, makes controlled responses in stressful situation Team player – consults colleagues regarding work load and responsibilities About Company “Titan by name, Titan by nature” is how a leading industry publication describes Australian-owned Titan Cranes and Rigging Pty Ltd.
