Supervisors manage the planning, organization, and implementation of the company's systems. Qualifications: Trade or Qualification within a relevant field of study White Card C Class Driver’s License Experience: Extensive experience in civil or tunnelling construction, typically 5 years of experience in a supervisory role A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar based role on a project of similar size and complexity Experience in basic use of Microsoft Office Suite, data and file recording. Experience in Safety, Community and Environmental Management Experience in Quality Management Experience in Planning & Resourcing Required Competencies: Sound knowledge of local WHS standards and regulations Ideally an understanding and exposure of Reverse Osmosis Plants Ability to supervise team members, produce method statements and work closely with safety and other departments to control and maintain project safety standards Demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude. Ability to lead and manage teams Demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills Practical knowledge and understanding of computers and Microsoft software packages. Good communication skill, both oral and written Self motivated.
