Re.Cycle Townsville Pty Ltd is a part of Re.Group, we own and operate plant sites which process kerbside recyclables from the ‘yellow bin’, as well as commercial recyclables.
We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a full-time role. Daily responsibilities will keep you busy maintaining, fixing and altering various machinery within our depot. The tasks range from conveyer belts, through to welding what's required. We heavily rely on our Maintenance team to ensure each shift operates without obstacles.
What will you do?
Plant maintenance and mechanical fitting
Work on high-speed machinery and conveyor belts
General onsite maintenance work
Manage spare part inventory for the site
Establish and maintain an organised workshop on site
Be available for emergency callouts if there are break-down
Maintaining OHS safety standards
Why you?
You have a Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical trade
You have experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
You have knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
You have CMMS Pinnacle or experience working with a similar maintenance software (is an advantage).
