About the role:

This role will support a large team of dedicated and passionate employees who provide a wide range of in-home care services around Adelaide. You will provide coaching, leadership, and direction to the team with the purpose of achieving exceptional customer service to our valued elderly customers. You will lead your team remotely and onsite working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 

You will ensure our employees are developed at all stages including recruitment, induction, buddy runs, and actively support safety and well-being initiatives.

You will mentor your team, drive positive change, ensure compliance and innovate to deliver exceptional outcomes for your team and our customers. You will have high-level interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate across all levels both within KinCare and with external partners.

This role will require flexibility as you will work between your home, our office in Wayville and in the field with your team.

About you:

  • Proven team leadership experience (of 25 people+) within the call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industry.
  • Previous experience within the Community/Aged Care industry would be great but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with coaching and performance managing front-line teams.
  • Strong time management, prioritization and initiative are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Leadership plus Training and Assessment are desirable.
