As the face of TAL, you will offer TAL’s life insurance products directly to customers, providing general advice and recommendations to support their purchasing decisions and convert to a successful and compliant sale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Educate clients about TAL’s insurance products, to help the, gain a full understanding of their options
- Establish and maintain effective relationships though inbound and outbound queries
- Achieve realistic monthly revenue and compliance targets associated with a general advice role
- Accountable for managing accurate documentation and generation of quotes
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure a positive sales and application experience
