About the role
We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to deliver WOW service across the Global Synthetics products, provide solution-based calls and deliver growth.
With rapid growth ahead of us in Western Australia, we have created a new Geotechnical Engineer role which will be key to Global Synthetics growth strategy.

Responsibilities will include:
- Working hand in hand with supplier development, technical design requirements, and that the material fully complies with our expectations and project specifications.
- Determine material and quality standards depending on environmental factors (soils, rocks etc).
- Present and analyse engineering drawings to consultants, on best Geosynthetics technical capabilities for specific projects
- Provide technical product sales advice to ensure the success of Global Synthetics winning sales opportunities.
- Develop new business opportunities aligned with the growth of Western Australia's infrastructure projects.
- Maximise revenue and gross profit for Western Australian region
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience working across geotechnical products
- Geotechnical/Civil Engineer qualified around 5 to 10 years' relevant experience
- Demonstrated solid geotechnical investigation and delivery experience on a variety of infrastructure projects, including strong judgement and decision-making ability
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Well-developed time management experience, including the ability to work independently
- Developing project management skills
- Accomplished written and verbal communication skills
