As a PMO Coordinator, you will provide centralized coordination and support to the Services Team on all migration projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes are followed and effective. Regular communication with senior managers is a key aspect of the role, ensuring ongoing updates on project progress and prompt resolution of any risks or issues that may arise. You will report to and work closely with the Director of Services.
We are looking for a high performer who will ensure all implementation projects are executed efficiently. This is an ideal opportunity for a new Project Manager to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
- Project Planning:
Creating comprehensive documentation outlining the steps, scope, and milestones necessary for the successful completion of a project. - Project Process Improvement:
Identifying and articulating strategies for enhancing a project's processes, ensuring continuous improvement for future projects. - Project Resourcing:
Effectively allocating resources essential for project completion, including personnel, financial resources, software, and materials. - Project Monitoring:
Systematically tracking and analyzing a project's metrics, progress, and tasks to guarantee timely and budget-conscious completion. - Scope Sergeant:
Manage Scope and keep the Customer and team on track.
