Project Coordinator

Working across two business units – Housing & Homelessness and Mission & Equity, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to various projects across the business units. These projects may range from supporting the implementation of a DEIB working group through to the design and construction of social housing.

You will achieve success through:
• Providing project coordination as required, including planning, documentation development, and information management in line with project plan.
• Supporting project and program Leads and key stakeholders
• Coordinating and assisting with the development of submissions for tenders
• Project administration support with team members as required.
• Reporting on project outcomes as required.

What’s on offer
A hybrid work environment where you can split your time between home and head office in Lonsdale Street. We are established and comfortable with virtual working and most of your stakeholders are geographically dispersed across Victoria and Tasmania.

In addition to receiving a salary of $75,000 p.a. and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.

About you
Keen to expand on your existing administrative skills and experience, you seek variety in the types of projects you support. Confidence and a curious mindset sees you own given tasks while showing initiative to deliver on other activities that require support.

You will bring:
• Demonstrated success in a project coordination role
• Experience working in the Housing and Homelessness industry
• Experience providing administrative support
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary project management principles
• High capability with project management software and platforms
