Job description: Key Accountabilities Assist with strategic planning, work towards achieving business objectives; Assistant engineer to the Reliability and Planning Superintendent in the Process Plant; Scope, plan and implement improvement projects that identified throughout the plant through Management of Change process; Liaising with section superintendents to identify problems within their area and to propose possible solutions to improve overall performance; Develop potential solutions complete with estimates of the cost benefits and risks of each solution; Assist with plant upgrades; Estimate budget and scope of projects Participate in cause and effect analysis; Participate in Hazop studies; Ensure best practise at RNO by interfacing with other sites; Develop and maintain procedures; and Assist with systems administration. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Minimum of Mechanical engineering degree or recognised equivalent; Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools. E.g. AutoCad Self-starter; and Willing to learn.
