You are an experienced customer service officer who has previously worked in a busy office environment and has a great understanding of dealing within customer service and has a strong knowledge within this industry and can perform the skills that are required. Your Customer skills are complimented by your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the role:
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for all customers for both internal and external. You will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting the sales team, managing inquiries and requests as required.
This role will report to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a great level of customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring inbound enquiries and requests are met in a timely manner and handled with a sense of urgency and care.
Essential Requirements:
At least 2-3 + years customer service experience
Strong knowledge of customer service processes
Clear communication both verbal and written.
SAP Experience: preferred not essential.
Exceptional phone manner
Previous Automotive, Industrial, Mining or OEM product experience highly desirable.
