We are seeking applications for upcoming Packaging Operations roles in our state of the art Manufacturing Centre in South Australia’s gorgeous Riverland. We are a 24-hour operation with rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts (8-hour shifts). Berri Estates is the largest combined Winery and Packaging Facility in the Southern Hemisphere with a proud heritage and world class technology. You will be part of a committed team, working alongside passionate colleagues with an ambitious change agenda. Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to. Monitor quality against Accolade Wines standards and identify, diagnose and troubleshoot faults. Make a positive contribution to our culture, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll bring: Along with your commitment to delivering high quality products you will: Follow and adhere to relevant processes and procedures. Be self-motivated with a focus on being a team player. Have a willingness to learn. Want to contribute to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture. Hold a current High-Risk Forklift Licence (Preferable). Alternatively, you would have the ability and willingness to obtain a relevant licences and accreditation.
