About the role The driving force behind our business is our people – we have over 1,000 staff across Australia, the UK, Europe, Asia, South Africa, New Zealand and the Americas, and every one of us is passionate about making the ordinary extraordinary through our amazing wines.  We are seeking applications for upcoming Packaging Operations roles in our state of the art Manufacturing Centre in South Australia’s gorgeous Riverland. We are a 24-hour operation with rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts (8-hour shifts). Berri Estates is the largest combined Winery and Packaging Facility in the Southern Hemisphere with a proud heritage and world class technology. You will be part of a committed team, working alongside passionate colleagues with an ambitious change agenda. This is an integral site to the Accolade Wines business where you will gain exposure and experience across diverse projects and opportunities. What's in it for you? Accredited on the job training.  Competitive remuneration.   In this role you will: Be trained to perform various roles within our Packaging operations.  Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to. Monitor quality against Accolade Wines standards and identify, diagnose and troubleshoot faults.  Make a positive contribution to our culture, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll bring: Along with your commitment to delivering high quality products you will: Follow and adhere to relevant processes and procedures.  Be self-motivated with a focus on being a team player.  Have a willingness to learn. Want to contribute to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.  Hold a current High-Risk Forklift Licence (Preferable). Alternatively, you would have the ability and willingness to obtain a relevant licences and accreditation. What you can expect: An annual wine allowance, on top of your salary!
