Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with organizational goals and objectives.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
· Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
· Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
· Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
· Conduct training needs assessments and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
· Maintain accurate HR records and reports and prepare HR metrics for management review.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
