About the Job
- Provide support to Delivery Leads to ensure they are effectively utilizing the Delivery Lifecycle.
- Undertakes monthly Health checks on Individual initiatives & portfolios.
- Confirm all Initiatives and Programs are following the Delivery Lifecycle and completing all required aspects of the Delivery Checklist, escalating any deviations outside tolerance.
- Custodian of the Delivery Lifecycle Library, including all artefacts, processes and how-to guides.
- Ensure new resources are trained on the Delivery Lifecycle
- Ad hoc reporting/administration at the discretion of the Head of Delivery Practices.
- Perform project coordination activities for small projects discretion of the Head of Delivery Practices.
- Tracking and supporting related processes for resourcing across the portfolio (including new requests, extensions & terminations).
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including demonstrating ability to influence and gain buy in from relevant stakeholders.
- Support Contract Management activities.
- Capture actions and lessons learnt from all project Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) in a centralized repository.
- Coordinate Portfolio Delivery invoicing activities.
