(Commission-Only Role - Accredited Representative)
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and talented Master Agent / Accredited Representative to join our Commercial Team and sell Konica Minolta’s world class products, solutions and services within the Brisbane SME market. This role is seeking an entrepreneurial minded individual, with aspirations to achieve unlimited potential as a B2B sales professional. A suitable candidate is an experienced salesperson, full of passion and a customer centric focus who has previously worked in a commission only arrangement. The position requires a strong understanding of B2B selling and knowledge of office equipment/information technology products and solutions.
- Developing new business to grow Konica Minolta’s footprint /market share
- Managing existing Konica Minolta customers within your designated geographic territory
- Meet required revenue targets and outcomes as negotiated
- Prospect new customers by developing new leads
- Ensuring a high level of sales professionalism

- Proactive Approach – encompassing cold calls, digital outreach and more
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Solid negotiation and client management skills
- Goal orientated and motivated by the challenge of reaching targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team of sales professionals
- Impeccable presentation skills
- Commitment to enhancing client value
- Minimum 3 years experience selling office equipment and solutions is highly desirable
- A personal vehicle and an active QLD driver's license is mandatory
