The Position:  As a Civil Engineer on our team, you will play a vital role in the planning, design, and execution of diverse civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive engineering designs, plans, and specifications. Conducting site evaluations, surveys, and assessments to gather data and ensure project feasibility. Utilizing industry-standard software and tools to perform engineering calculations and simulations. Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards. Providing technical guidance and support during construction activities. Participating in project meetings and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Maintaining accurate project documentation and records. Staying up to date with the latest advancements in civil engineering and contributing innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Skills and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 2 years of experience in Civil Engineering, demonstrating a Strong Understanding of Engineering Principles and Practices. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex engineering challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines. Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is desirable but not required.
