They operate with integrity and passion which is reflected in their ongoing growth and success. Their client base is predominantly SMEs, subsidiaries of international companies and HNWIs who receive a personalised advisory service. The firm believe in offering complete flexibility to its staff and does not require the team to come into the office if they do not need or wish to. As such, you will only be expected to attend the office a few days a month, however if you do choose to come into the office, you will always be surrounded by a number of people who do choose to come in. The office offers free parking and also has easy access to public transport. The partners offer a very forward-thinking environment and a 'new school' approach to accounting. You will benefit from ongoing support and progression and always have a voice. About the roleAs a Senior Manager in this firm, you will manage around $800k of fees. You will also be supported by a small team of two staff, one of which works from home full-time. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who is happy to get involved with producing the work as well as handling the client meetings and communication. This role involves a lot of advisory, not just tax compliance, so experience in this is essential for success. Some knowledge of transfer pricing and SMSFs would be advantageous but not essential. Due to the nature of this role, you must enjoy working autonomously.
