The Opportunity As a Community and Disability Rostering Coordinator , you will be responsible for providing rostering support to consumers who still live in the community and the clinical staff that support them. All rosters and administrative functions are coordinated within this role, offering a front-of-house access point despite being a national mobile health company, without face-to-face administrative services. You will be responsible for:
Organising, Maintaining and Optimising clinical schedules for up to 12 mobile allied health clinicians within Plena Healthcare.
Arranging initial assessments with new consumers, confirming consumer details, funding, and initial service dates.
Processing ongoing service requests to provide consistent allied health services to our consumers based on clinical recommendations.
Actioning general enquiries, cancellation or reschedule requests via a shared phoneline system, alongside all Community and Disability Rostering team members.
Handling incoming and outgoing service enquiries via email communication with consumers, case managers and 3 rd party clinical supports.
Maintaining communication with clinicians and engaging in discussions for schedule improvements, alterations, and other requirements.
Analysing clinician availability and offering workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management, and Residential Age Care Teams.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Well development ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role within rostering and/or administration.
Knowledge of Allied Health would be advantageous.

NDIS workers screening
National Police clearance
