Your new role The club managers are solely and completely responsible for maximising the profitability of the club. They are responsible for joining members, retaining existing members and giving the members a quality service, obtaining their set number of prospects each month, selling a certain amount of memberships each month and looking after the social media marketing.
Key Duties:
Responsible for conducting prospect, service and retention calls
Accountable for achieving monthly KPIs/targets set by the Area Manager
Responsible for having a good understanding of the gym's attrition rates, sales forecasting etc.
Responsible for promoting the gym through outreach & promotions
Accountable for having regular meetings with the PT's so priorities for the gym are aligned
Accountable for ensuring member complaints are responded to effectively/efficiently
Your skills and experience
Previous sales experience
