What's the role?We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join the Qube team based in our Port Augusta depot. This position will report to the Workshop Manager, the primary role of the Diesel Mechanic is to undertake fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and independently are crucial in this role.Key aspects of this role include: A commitment to Zero Harm Collaboration: Positive and constructive contribution to business Maintain and repair all company vehicles by manufacturer’s specifications, company policy and relevant maintenance manuals Fault diagnosis both electrical and hydraulic Undertake regular servicing of fleet and conducting preventative maintenance on vehicles.
