About the role: Reporting to the Transactional Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable and general financial support to the team. This is a high volume, fast paced role that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of financial data. You will need to be flexible; customer focussed and work well both autonomously and in a team environment. To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following selection criteria in your application: Certificate, Diploma in Accounting/Book-keeping, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Proven experience in high volume accounts payable and accounts receivable roles. Strong understanding of financial principles and processes. Proficiency in financial software (SAP highly desirable) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and capable of working with a high degree of accuracy and pace. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance. Team player with a collaborative attitude. A proactive and solutions focused approach.
