Support Workers assist NDIS participants with complex and varied behavioural, intellectual, mental health and physical support needs in homes and communities.
As part of our growing teams based across ALL Melbourne Metropolitan Areas especially Inner and Outer Eastern regions, we are looking for qualified Support Workers to drive positive change in the lives of people in our community.

What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same in this role, with support you provide including, but being not limited to:
- Following and implementing individual Behaviour Support Plans to assist NDIS participants to maintain or increase independence and achieve identified goals
- Providing support services to Customers with complex needs (inc. mental illness, autism and epilepsy), helping them to build confidence, self-determination and communication abilities.
- Occasional clients will require assistance with personal care such as hoisting on and off beds, showering, meal prepping.
