Based in Southern Gold Coast, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager and supporting the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day accounts receivable tasks, cash management, debtor collection and customer invoicing. Your duties will include but are not limited to; financial management, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved and maintained across transactional activities, proactively driving the ongoing improvement of business practices and performance. This is a varied role providing accurate and timely general financial administration where needed. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a similar position in fast paced, busy environment. You will need to have a thoroughness and attention to detail, be highly driven and customer focused. Additionally, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills is essential. You will need a strong customer service focus and understanding of financial concepts and reconciliations. Furthermore, you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and collaborative in a team environment.
