Based in Sydney CBD, they are a stable business going through growth. With a flat structure, this role offers huge exposure to the entire operations and will include project work. Your new role In this role you will: Lead a large team of settlement and doc verification individuals who are technically competent in their roles Set the strategy and goals for the team focusing on driving efficiencies, process improvement, uplifting the level of service and looking at QA frameworks Manage performance, conduct 1 on 1s, drive process improvement and to be a point of escalation for clients and allocation of work Assisting in technology improvements and transformation Be instrumental in stakeholder management What you'll need to succeed Experience in leading teams within mortgage operations Good communication skills and someone who can build rapport with teams and stakeholders The ability to be open; to analyse operations & processes and to set an effective strategic plan and goals Strong knowledge in mortgage operations with settlement experience desirable Passionate about achieving quality outcomes and coaching the team to continuously improve What you'll get in return You will work closely with C suite management as well as the MD and be offered a competitive salary.
