AECOM is seeking a Digital Leader for our Transportation business line across ANZ regions to drive strategy for digital and deliver growth in 3 key areas:
- Embedding and leveraging new digital capabilities to support growth of the transportation business nationally and globally,
- Transforming our services and introducing new services to our clients using latest technology and digital approaches,
- Supporting our clients on their own digital transformation journey.
What will a day in this role look like:
As a senior member of the Transportation team, and indirectly reporting to the Global Digital Leader for Transportation, this role will work with professionals around the world to advance AECOM’s global digital strategies and priorities. The local and global digital team includes strategy, solution management, AI solutions, hosted services delivery, and consulting services delivery. While services and solution management will be set globally, they will be tailored for implementation within the region and for each client.
- Collaboratively define and communicate preferred platforms, frameworks and cornerstone applications for each technical practice in the business line
- Identify digital talent in the region and help them grow
- Translate global technology roadmap for Transportation business line to an ANZ context and identify priority market opportunities
- Develop business cases to justify investment in new digital capabilities. Conduct Build/ Buy/ Partner analysis.
