- Picking and Packing customer's orders as per the customer requirement
- Inspection of incoming goods, note down and report any discrepancies
- Carry out stock checks regularly
- Organise packaging material for own daily use and other branches
- Pack orders as per customers requirements and assist with inventory work
- Generate con notes as required for dispatching goods
- Order consumables & PPE for WA operations
- Manage stored workshop tooling
- Receipt and allocate spare parts for the service department to job bins
- Service parts coordination and scheduling
- Organising couriers and freight requirements
- Maintaining the dispatch register
- Perform regular (two-monthly) stock checks
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean and tidy work area regularly
