The Opportunity MMA Offshore has an opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our Subsea Projects & Operations division. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role will assist with dispatch and arrivals to the warehouse, ensure shipments are distributed to the correct departments, aid with shipment preparations and check manifests to ensure accurate records are kept of all goods coming to and from the warehouse. This is a full-time permanent position based in Welshpool, Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: Receipt / Dispatch goods from warehouse Load/Unload shipments using forklift trucks Maintain accurate receival/dispatch records and documentation Arrange shipping/trucking/couriers as required Preparation of consignment/cargo for transport Deliver and collect items from local suppliers Store equipment/goods in warehouse storage locations, racks or lay down areas Keep warehouse, laydown areas clean and organised Aid in coordinating project stock sored at warehouse Help conduct Stock Takes / Asset Verifications Aid in receipting goods into the finance data base Qualifications and skills: Current Forklift Ticket (High Risk License LF) Manual C Class Licence DG Handling and Storage Applied First Aid (desirable) Essential Experience: Chain of responsibility requirements Understanding of load restraint practices Computer Skills including Microsoft Office365 How to apply At MMA Offshore, we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive environment that empowers all employees to strive for their full potential.
