Join our friendly team as a Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse Operator at the Gyprock Trade Centre in Rockingham, WA. We're seeking someone with retail or customer service experience, and we'll provide training on our Trade Centres' products to help you grow. Part of the CSR family, our Interior Systems Business Unit comprises ofGyprock, Martini, Himmel & Potter. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications and are the industry leader when providing full suite of interior lining solutions across the building industry. The hours of working are Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 4:00pm and every third or fourth Saturday at Mandurah Site 7:00am-12:00pm. Your role will include the following: Customer Service and Order Fulfillment: In this role, your primary responsibilities encompass providing exceptional customer service and efficiently fulfilling orders. Inventory Management and Workspace Organization: Your duties extend to conducting regular inventory counts, ensuring a well-maintained and organized workspace. Vehicle Operations and Safety Prioritization: Additionally, you will play a crucial role in loading and unloading customer vehicles, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing safety. Warehouse Operations and Stock Management: Your involvement in warehouse operations will include tasks such as picking orders, conducting daily stock counts, and managing stock replenishment. Positive Attitude and Continuous Learning: Beyond the operational aspects, a key component of this role involves fostering a positive attitude and demonstrating a proactive willingness to learn. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate a robust work ethic and the capability to work autonomously. Previous experience in stock management or customer service is highly valued, and basic computer skills are essential. A flexible attitude is crucial, and physical fitness is required.
