They're searching for an excellent payroll lead/supervisor for a key role in their payroll transformation as the business scales quickly over the next few years. The position offers variety in work and opportunities. The Role:Reporting to the Financial controller, your key responsibilities will be: Leading a team of 2, overseeing and being involved in the payroll process for c. 700 employees fortnightly Overseeing full functions of payroll including Payroll Tax, Superannuation payments, payroll reports, workers compensations and changes including awards/conditions, terminations Leading payroll implementations for new acquisitions Provide advice to the business, on payroll and IR matters, you'll be required to stay abreast of legislative changes and act accordingly when necessary to ensure ongoing adherence to such changes.
